Booking Conditions

As you are about to book for the Environmental Management Course run by GASAA, please take note of these important conditions and acknowledge your acceptance on the registration form.

Please note places in this course are limited and may sell out. Accordingly the following cancellation conditions will apply.

Holding Deposit

To secure a place on the program you are required to pay an immediate $500 holding deposit that will be deducted from your full payment. Booking received with less than 14 days from commencement will be required to pay in full.

Cancellation

As this course includes an online component, firms can enrol at any time. Firms will receive access to online training materials and documentation once full payment has been received. Once access has been provided, any refunds will be at the disgression of GASAA and the course provider.
*Satisfaction Guarantee: Should, for any reason, after receiving log in access to online training materials, you wish to cancel your course participation, GASAA will provide a 50% refund provided we receive cancellation in writing within 21 days of your initial provision of log in access.

Workshops

Substitutions of Attendees

GASAA permits substitution of any registered person on the course with prior arrangement. Our educator has requested that substitutions not be made on the day of presentation.

Unable to attend a group session

Should your registered company representative/s not be able to attend a scheduled group session and you are unable to arrange a substitute attendee, we will endeavor to assist in providing the information as soon as practicable. GASAA will not run additional group courses for registrants that are unable to attend a session.

Change of group sessions

All group sessions are organised in advance to meet the travel and business requirements of our educator, and to allow registrants to schedule their work commitments accordingly. All efforts will be taken to ensure the schedule is maintained however GASAA reserves the right to change a session due to unforeseen circumstances. GASAA is not responsible for a change in our scheduled presentations where a registrant is unable to attend.
